Account and registration

When you register on sabijitu, we ask for your email address, a username, a password, and your mobile number. We use this information to create your account and verify your identity. After registration, we may ask you to upload identity documents (such as a national ID or passport) to complete KYC verification. This process typically takes one business day. Once verified, you can deposit funds and access all sections of sabijitu — sportsbook, live-dealer tables, and slots. Your data is protected according to our privacy policy.

On the sabijitu login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your email address or username. We will send a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link and create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. We can help you recover your account if you provide your registered email and mobile number.

To request deletion of your personal data, contact our support team via in-app chat or email. Provide your account username and registered email address. We will process your request according to applicable data-protection laws. Note that we may retain certain information for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Data deletion may take up to 30 days. Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover it or access any remaining balance. Payments and transactions

sabijitu accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits set by the provider. Typically, mobile wallets like mobile banking and local payment accept deposits from a few thousand rupiah up to several million per transaction. Bank transfers may have higher limits. Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallets and within one business day for bank transfers. Check the deposit page in your account for current limits and available methods in your region.

sabijitu does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, etc.) may apply their own fees depending on the transaction type and your account status. These fees are set by the provider, not by sabijitu. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing. Withdrawal amounts are paid in full to your verified account; any provider fees are deducted by the payment provider, not by us. If you have questions about fees, contact your payment provider's customer service.

Games and bonuses

Demo mode is available for selected slot games on sabijitu. In demo mode, you play with virtual credits that do not represent real money. Demo mode lets you learn game rules and features before depositing. To access demo mode, select a slot game and choose "Play for free" or "Demo" if available. Demo credits reset when you close the game. Demo mode is not available for live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) or sportsbook betting, as these require real money. To play live games, you must have a verified account and a real balance.
